Leadership Greater Jackson encourages nominations of individuals approximately 30 to 50 years of age who have demonstrated a capacity for leadership in their chosen field, who have exhibited interest and commitment to the welfare of the Jackson community and who have potential for exercising substantial leadership in the future. Every effort will be made to insure that appointments to Leadership Greater Jackson will reflect the diversity of the community. Appointments to Leadership Greater Jackson are limited. Not every nominee can be selected. Nominees not selected are eligible to reapply in subsequent years.

A confidential application for appointment will be sent to each nominee to obtain information necessary for a decision by the Selection Committee. Multiple nominations are encouraged.
